Chicken Black Pepper


Below is a recipe of chicken cooked in green (coriander) gravy.The recipe described below combines health with taste efficiently.

Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken (200 g)
  2. Curd (80 g)
  3. Coriander
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Green Chillies
  7. Black Pepper
  8. Salt
  9. Turmeric Powder
Procedure

  1. To the boneless chicken pieces add curd, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Let this marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile the chicken is marinating, in a mixer add coriander, 1 onion, garlic cloves, green chillies and grind well. Add water according to your need.
  3. Add some oil in a pan and let it heat on a medium flame and then add the coriander paste prepared.
  4. Add salt to the gravy according to your taste.
  5. After about 2 minutes on medium heat add the marinated chicken pieces in the pan.
  6. Add water according to the desired consistency of the gravy. 
  7. Cover the lid of the pan and cook the chicken for about 15-20 minutes on low flame.
  8. Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle some black pepper and coriander on the top and serve hot.
