Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilly Powder
- Chopped Coriander
- Salt to Taste
- Cumin Seeds
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds to it and let it splutter for a few seconds.
- Now add finely chopped onions and cook them till they turn soft.
- Now add egg whites to the pan, cook for about a minute. Keep stirring them to ensure that they don't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook them for a minute till they turn soft and mushy.
- Add about half a teaspoon of turmeric and red chilly powder.
- Add salt according to taste.
- Garnish it with some chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with 2 toasts of brown bread.
