Healthy Ice-Cream


Ice Cream. Everybody loves ice-cream, whether you are young or old, but from a fitness point of view they are one of the worst food substances that you can put in your body. They are high in sugar and fat and very small amount of ice-cream is very high in calories.
So here we bring to you an efficient trick that using which you can make ice-creams that are not only tasty but also healthy.

Ingredients
  1. 4-5 bananas
  2. Strawberries
  3. Chocolate Syrup
Procedure
  1. Peel off the bananas and let them freeze for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Cut them into pieces and blend them finely by using a mixer or a hand blender.
  3. Now add strawberries to the mixture and blend it again. 
  4. Transfer this mixture in a container and freeze it overnight.
  5. By morning, your healthy variant of ice-cream will be ready which is gonna taste equally as good as the other version.
  6. Scoop some ice cream in a container and top with some chocolate syrup.
  7. You can also add Hershey's syrup to the bananas instead of strawberries to make chocolate ice-cream.
