Ingredients
- Boiled Palak
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- Tomato Puree
- 1 medium sized Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Fresh Cream
- Olive Oil
- 3-4 Green Chilies
Procedure
- In a grinder add 1 medium sized onion along with ginger, garlic, chilies and grind it well till it becomes a fine paste.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in pan and sauté the paste well till it loses its raw smell.
- Boil Palak in a vessel and let it cool down for a few minutes before making it into a fine puree.
- Add tomato puree in the pan and cook it for a few minutes till it starts to boil.
- Now add the spinach puree in the pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add fresh cream as it increases the creaminess of the gravy.
- At last add the paneer cubes in the gravy and cook it for a 2-3 minutes more.
Garnish the dish with fresh cream and serve hot.
