Palak Paneer


Ingredients

  1. Boiled Palak
  2. Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  3. Tomato Puree
  4. 1 medium sized Onion
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Fresh Cream
  8. Olive Oil
  9. 3-4 Green Chilies

Procedure

  1. In a grinder add 1 medium sized onion along with ginger, garlic, chilies and grind it well till it becomes a fine paste.

  1. Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in pan and sauté the paste well till it loses its raw smell.
  2. Boil Palak in a vessel and let it cool down for a few minutes before making it into a fine puree.
  3. Add tomato puree in the pan and cook it for a few minutes till it starts to boil.
  4. Now add the spinach puree in the pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Add fresh cream as it increases the creaminess of the gravy.
  7. At last add the paneer cubes in the gravy and cook it for a 2-3 minutes more.
Garnish the dish with fresh cream and serve hot.
