Below is a recipe of chicken cooked in green (coriander) gravy.The recipe described below combines health with taste efficiently.
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken (200 g)
- Curd (80 g)
- Coriander
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green Chillies
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- To the boneless chicken pieces add curd, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Let this marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile the chicken is marinating, in a mixer add coriander, 1 onion, garlic cloves, green chillies and grind well. Add water according to your need.
- Add some oil in a pan and let it heat on a medium flame and then add the coriander paste prepared.
- Add salt to the gravy according to your taste.
- After about 2 minutes on medium heat add the marinated chicken pieces in the pan.
- Add water according to the desired consistency of the gravy.
- Cover the lid of the pan and cook the chicken for about 15-20 minutes on low flame.
- Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle some black pepper and coriander on the top and serve hot.
