Paneer Tikka


Paneer Tikka is the most popular started Indian food when it comes to vegetarian cuisine and is also a good source of protein. So lets see how to prepare this dish.

Ingredients:


  1. Paneer Cubes
  2. Curd
  3. Red Chili Powder
  4. Turmeric Powder
  5. Chat Masala
  6. Aamchhor Powder
  7. Salt
  8. Diced Onions
  9. Diced Capsicum
  10. Black Pepper Powder
  11. Wooden Skewers
Procedure:

  1. Put some curd in a bowl and add a tablespoon of red chilli powder and about half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. To the above mixture add Chat Masala, Aamchhor Powder, Salt and Black Pepper Powder and mix well.
  3. Make sure that the curd is churned well.
  4. To this paste add diced paneer cubes, diced onions and diced capsicum and completely coat them with the curd mixture.
  5. Let this marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  6. Now, put these paneer cubes, onions and capsicums through a skewer. If skewer is unavailable, use toothpick instead.
  7. Now heat some oil in a pan and put these skewers on the pan once oil is hot.
  8. Cook them until they turn light brown, flip them occasionally to check if done.
  9. Once the skewers are cooked from all sides, serve them with green chutney and amaze your friends with this super easy dish.
