Paneer Tikka is the most popular started Indian food when it comes to vegetarian cuisine and is also a good source of protein. So lets see how to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:
- Paneer Cubes
- Curd
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Chat Masala
- Aamchhor Powder
- Salt
- Diced Onions
- Diced Capsicum
- Black Pepper Powder
- Wooden Skewers
- Put some curd in a bowl and add a tablespoon of red chilli powder and about half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well.
- To the above mixture add Chat Masala, Aamchhor Powder, Salt and Black Pepper Powder and mix well.
- Make sure that the curd is churned well.
- To this paste add diced paneer cubes, diced onions and diced capsicum and completely coat them with the curd mixture.
- Let this marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Now, put these paneer cubes, onions and capsicums through a skewer. If skewer is unavailable, use toothpick instead.
- Now heat some oil in a pan and put these skewers on the pan once oil is hot.
- Cook them until they turn light brown, flip them occasionally to check if done.
- Once the skewers are cooked from all sides, serve them with green chutney and amaze your friends with this super easy dish.
