Come on! We all admit that pizza is delicious. But when it comes to eating clean, our trainer suggests us to remove pizza from our diet. So, to satisfy our taste buds and to avoid getting those bad carbohydrates in your system, here I present to you a keto friendly pizza recipe. A keto diet is a low carbohydrate diet which is very effective in fat loss. So lets check out the ingredients first.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower (1 Cup)
- Parmesan Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Olives
- Bell Peppers
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Pizza Toppings
- Take about 1 cup of cauliflower (medium sized pieces) and grind well till it turns into rice like granules.
- Microwave these cauliflower granules for about 4 minutes.
- Squeeze out the excess water from these granules. You can do this by wrapping the cauliflower in a cloth and squeezing it. Do this till it turns like a dough
- Now add Parmesan cheese to this dough and mix well. We will now use this dough as our pizza dough. Flatten this dough on a baking sheet and bake it for about 10 minutes.
- Apply pizza sauce to the baked pizza dough and top it with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, cheese and olives.
- Bake this pizza again for about 8 minutes or until the pizza is cooked.
- Sprinkle some pizza toppings over your pizza and serve hot.
